Executive Order #9, signed by Governor Vilsack in 1999, directs each state agency to maintain an Administrative Rules Docket, and to publish the docket on its web site. This docket lists each rule-making proceeding of the Department of Cultural Affairs. Items are posted on the docket at the time notice is filed with the Administrative Rules Coordinator.
