6:45: Local Success Story presentations
7:05: Group discussion & identification of cultural issues and goals
8:15: Election of delegates (6 delegates and 2 alternates per site)
8:45: Discussion of statewide Cultural Caucus celebration (November 8) and Cultural Advocacy Day (Feb. 9)
