Listed below are application forms for all Iowa Arts Council funding programs. Please refer to the specific grant program guidelines for project and applicant eligibility requirements and deadlines.

Major Grant Application Forms

All Major Grant applications must be submitted using the eGRANT system.

Please Note: Some portions of the Major Grant applications must still be physically sent or delivered to the Iowa Arts Council by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the deadline. Remember to plan for this!
